Aesthetic Escapes' Surgery Guarantee

 

At Aesthetic Escapes we want you to feel confident and happy about your surgery and therefore we have chosen to work with only the best internationally accredited surgeons and hospitals. However, it is important to recognise that there are inherent risks associated with all types of surgery, no matter where they are performed. However if you are healthy, with no prior medical conditions and have realistic expectations of your surgery, we are sure that you will be pleased with your results.

In the event, that an issue should arise as a direct result of your surgery which requires further procedures, we will arrange for those procedures and cover the following costs:

 

1.       Return airfare for 1 adult

2.       Up to 10 nights accommodation

3.       Medical costs associated with the further procedures

 

Conditions of guarantee:

 

You must:

  • Answer all questions in the original Medical Questionnaire completely and truthfully
  • Tell us of any condition that you know or should know that may affect our decision to accept you as a client for surgical procedure
  • Follow all the surgeons pre & post-operational instructions
  • Remain in Kuala Lumpur for the recommended recovery period required for the named surgery
  • Contact our Patient Service Manager immediately, if any unusual symptoms should arise
  • Read and understand our ‘General Risk of Surgery' document

Other general conditions of guarantee are:

  • That no corrective surgery will be performed within six months, this is to allow for normal complete recovery, and all procedures must be finalised within one year of original surgery
  • That no procedures have been previously performed on the area of intended surgery by another surgeon
  • Our guarantee is only applicable to surgical procedures arranged by us
  • Our guarantee is not applicable to high risk surgical category, including:
    • Patients who are or have been smokers
    • Patients with cardiovascular disorders
    • Patients with diabetes
    • Patients taking medication which may interfere with recovery
    • Patients with keloid scarring problems
    • Patients outside of the normal Body Mass Index (BMI ) range
  • Our guarantee is not applicable to ‘inherent risks' associated with surgery, which are not a result of surgical error, including but not limited to: capsular contracture and skin rippling (in the case of breast implants), numbness and changes in sensation, asymmetry
  • Our guarantee is not applicable to changes associated with weight gain/loss or pregnancy since the surgery
