How to Book
Aesthetic Escapes makes the process of enquiring, booking and paying for your aesthetic surgery holiday easy, just follow the three steps below. For a stress free surgical experience please make sure you submit all the information requested.
The booking process consists of three easy steps:
1. Enquiry
Please fill in the enquiry form in detail. On the enquiry form you have the opportunity to choose from your great value promotional packages or individual aesthetic procedures, which we have listed for your convenience.
We will respond to your enquiry within 24-48 hours providing you with a detailed estimate for the aesthetic procedures you have selected.
2. Speak with Your Surgeon
After we receive your enquiry form, your photos and medical history form, we forward these to the surgeon. It is important that you fill in the forms in detail as the surgeon will assess your suitability for your selected procedures and outline what is involved in the surgery and what you can expect. In a few instances, the surgeon may require further information from you, in which case you will be informed.
After the formalities have been attended to, we set up an opportunity for you to communicate directly with the surgeon. This is normally done via email, but we can arrange a telephone consultation if you prefer.
Decisions about surgery should only be made after your surgeon has evaluated your health and the suitability of your selected aesthetic procedures. The surgeon should be able to confidently and openly discuss and answer any questions and queries which you may have.
3. Booking and Payment
Once you feel confident to precede, please complete and submit the booking form. It is an essential condition of all bookings that you read, accept and submit the Disclaimer Form.
Please complete the payment form with your non-refundable service charge which is required on booking. Your accommodation costs must be paid at least 14 days prior to departure, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your aesthetic surgical holiday. Payment of the service charge and accommodation can be made by credit card using Paypal, Direct Transfer or Bank Cheque in Australian dollars.
You will pay the hospital directly for your surgery after your consultation with the surgeon, only if you are happy to proceed. The hospital will accept: cash, VISA ,MasterCard or American Express.
Once we have received your booking form and payment, we will send you a booking confirmation together with a detailed itinerary outlining all your consultations and treatment times.
Variations of surgery or cancellation of plans
After consultation with your surgeon, there may be changes to the procedures you and your surgeon had previously agreed on. You may elect to add another aesthetic procedure or treatment or you and your surgeon may elect to reduce the number of treatments you have. In this scenario, Aesthetic Escapes will provide you with the new prices for the procedures you have agreed with the surgeon. You must make any additional payments before undergoing any surgery or treatments - we recommend credit card payment for your convenience.
